About Staff

Christine Willenbrock, IBCLC, RN, FNP

Mother, Scientist, Peer. Labor and delivery nurse with postpartum and lactation specialization. I love supporting families, their babies and their feeding journeys.

I have been a nurse for thirteen+ years. My journey to supporting new families came from the major gaps in care and education! The lessons my daughter taught me sparked a passion for more education and sharing that knowledge in a constructive deliverable and empowering manner.

My experience ranges from inpatient lactation in the hospital setting, outpatient lactation in a pediatric clinic, weekly breastfeeding support group and prenatal education. Home visits are my favorite way to help families with feedings! I also host breastfeeding education classes.

I am passionate about serving families of all kinds in a time period where extra support is warranted and needed. I’m here to support you in all ways you feed your baby. Sometimes a few tips and tricks can make all the difference. My private practice offers my knowledge but in the comfort of your home where it is nice to be with your newborn!.

Same-day and next-day appointments for breastfeeding help are usually available.  As an IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant) I provide evidence based, guilt-free support to help you meet your infant feeding goals.

Lyndsay Mitsopoulos, IBCLC

I have over 10 years of experience working with families, beginning my career with the WIC program, where I supported infant and child nutrition. For the past three years, I have worked as a Lactation Consultant in a pediatrician’s office in South Portland. I enjoy supporting families during this vulnerable time and partnering with them to create reasonable, sustainable feeding plans that truly work for their lives.
